Please review all of the information posted below and follow the links for the division your player is registered for.
All players are REQUIRED to particpate in our evaluation process. Anyone who fails to register for an evaluation appoint time will be assigned a time slot and it will be incumbent upon the registered player and their family to check the links below to locate their assigned time.
For those player who wish to tryout for their Middle School Travel teams MUST first attend the player evaluations. Those that qualify in the top 33% of their grade will be notified prior to those along with the dates and times for their grade level. Should there be a player that wishes to tryout for their middle school team and does not qualify in the top 33% you will be guaranteed a spot in the house league. Should a player not qualify in the top 33% and choose to withdraw before October 1st - there is a $50 fee that will not be refunded due the cost incurred for the player evaluations; they are performed by a 3rd party.
Players on the WAITLIST - are not eligible to participate in player evaluations until you receive a notification that a spot has become available. We are actively working through the waitlist process and will be making notifications to those players where spots have become available in the coming 72 hours or so. AGAIN, if you are on the waitlist, you are not permitted to attend evaluations.
Please use the below links to regsiter for your players evaluation appointment. When completing the sign up within the link below; please list the PLAYERS NAME in the "name" field when signing up for an appointment time - we need to be able to validate that they are indeed registered.
You will be required to include your SI Play order number as a means of validating whether your child is registered with the league or not - you can find this information either on your confirmation email you received at time of registration or by logging into your SI Play account and locating the data in your "order history." Please try and avoid emailing the league to locate this data as we are working through multiple activities in preparation for the season.
THERE ARE NO MAKEUPS...the times within each of the signups below are the available times for evaluations. If you are sick, injured or will be out of town on the dates listed below; please contact the league at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Boys 6, 7, 8th along with Girls 5th/6th and Girls 7th/8th will take place on September 22nd and September 23rd.
Boys and Girls HS Divisions will follow a similar process (excluding the top 33% for travel requirement) and take place on the afternoon November 11th ONLY. The sign up for the HS divisions will be posted as we get closer to November 11th. These signups will be posted in late October or early November. Evaluations for the Boys and Girls High School divisions will take place at Briar Woods High School.

Evaluations for Boys in Grades 3rd, 4th, 5th and Girls in Grades 3rd/4th evaluation signs are posted below. All players are REQUIRED to attend an evaluation session; there are no make up sessions. The following are the needs for our house league divisions - we need the following number of HEAD coaches in the corresponding age groups. The below numbers are simply to cover the already registered number of players. Exceeding the numbers below will allow us to facilitate kids coming off the waitlist in each of these age groups.

Our Evaluation Schedule will be published in the coming week with the plan to start those on about the 19th of September. All Evaluations will take place at the Potomac Athletic Center located at 41600 Guilford Drive Suite 100 Ashburn VA 20147. Player MUST evaluate with their gender and grade level.
Players who are on the WAITLIST - you will be notified by the 15th if a spot becomes available. Those that are on the waitlist - whether they played travel last year or not - are not eligible (due to league insurance requirements) to participate in our player evals or middle school team tryouts until they are fully registered.
Players intending to tryout for their middle school team MUST first complete the player evaluation. As found below, players who rank in the top 1/3 of their grade level will then be invited to attend the middle school tryouts which will be held at the end of September. For those that tryout for the middle school team, are not selected and wish to withdraw will be afforded a refund less a $50 fee due to the costs we as a league incur during the evaluation process performed by a 3rd party assessor.
Practice begin on/about November 12th and conclude on/about March 10th.
We will play games on December 21st, January 19th and February 16th -- all of which tend to fall around winter break for LCPS and long weekend holidays. Requests to move games to alternate dates are not feasible.
Exact practice times/locations will be communicated once teams are formed by October 31st.
Please ensure to read our FAQs and League Rules posted on the website. Those who volunteer as HEAD coaches, we will make every effort to keep those individuals close to home for their practice location - we do not guarantee the same for the over 1900 players in the league.
Please note that those in Grade 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th may have later end times (approx 930pm) for practice. We make every effort to have as many of the younger grade levels end around 8pm but it is contingent on gym allocation from Loudoun PRCS.
